Simply choose the impressions you’d like added to your personalised mug, and we’ll get busy creating your custom mug. Turn around time is approximately 4 weeks
Handmade to order, these personalised mugs are:
- Ceramic, so they won’t leach harmful plastic toxins as you drink.
- Made in QLD, Australia.
- Completely customisable – add as many family members as can fit.
- Available with or without a handle.
They feature 22k gold lustre in the figures, so they must be handwashed with regular detergent and a soft sponge. You can’t put gold in a microwave, so prioritise drinking your cup while it’s hot. You deserve it.
Because we’re working with clay, your personalised mug will be ready to ship approx. 4 weeks after ordering. Clay requires drying time and multiple firings which can’t be rushed. We encourage you to order your mug in advance, as we can’t speed up production.

Our personalised mugs are custom, made-to-order items. They require approx. 4 weeks production time.
Due to the personalised nature of the product, change of mind returns and refunds are not applicable. If your product arrives faulty, please reach out immediately with photos and we will work with you.
All mugs are handmade, meaning there will be some variation in size. Even if we make them identical, the firing process can impact the exact dimensions of the finished product.
We aim to make our personalised mugs around 8cm wide and 8-10cm tall as a finished product.
