Subscription box payments will be made once a month, on the date you signed up (expect variance if you subscribe in February). For example, if you sign up on the 29th of the month, you'll be deducted on the 29th every month. Payments received by the 1st of the month will be sent a subscription box by the 14th of that month.

You are welcome to sign up anytime you like. To simplify our production, we apply a cut-off date of the 1st of the month. If you order after this date, you will be bumped into the next month and your first box will be sent by the 14th of that month. For example, if you order on the 3rd of April, you will be part of the May onwards subscription boxes. By the 14th of May, we'll send your first box. Every month on the 3rd of the month, you'll be automatically deducted, unless you cancel your subscription.

The inclusions of our jewellery subscription boxes vary with each price point. However, you'll receive 2 or 3 pairs of earrings. You can choose either 2 pairs of studs, 2 pairs of dangly earrings, or a combination pack of studs and dangly earrings (3 pairs in total). You will also receive a bonus free pair of bonus earrings, which are our own style and design choice.

You are able to choose between studs or dangly earrings, or a combination of earring types. You are also able to choose the choice of backing for your paid earrings. Studs are always on Stainless Steel posts, but our dangly hook earrings can be on Sterling Silver or gold-plated alloy. The design of the earrings (glaze colour, impression, etc) is chosen by Wolf and Clay each month. Your paid earring selection will reflect your choices of metals and styles, but the free bonus earrings will be completely our own choice. We will do our best to avoid duplicate styles within our subscription service. However, we can't guarantee that you won't receive an item you've already purchased outside of this service at a market or through our online store.

We're unable to pause your plan, but you can cancel it and sign up again when you're able to commit.

We understand that life changes. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can log into your account and cancel your plan without cancellation fees. If we have already received your payment for the following month, you will still receive that box. But you will not be charged, nor will you receive subsequent boxes. For example, if your payments usually deduce on the 29th of the month and we receive your payment but you decide to cancel it on the 1st, you will still receive your subscription box for that for that month. By the 14th, we'll have posted it. But you won't be charged again after you cancel your plan.

Yes, of course. The code BOXPICKUP will save you $5.00 per month on your subscription box for as long as you stay subscribed. If you ever need to change to shipping, we can help you out. If it's a one-off, just use our contact form and we'll invoice you for the shipping cost or we can hold your items to collect the following month. If you need to permanently change to shipping, you'll need to cancel your subscription then sign up again without the code.
